VSHWin32.exe (McAfee) Background real-time virus scanning task for older versions of McAfee VirusScan (up to version 4.5). This task runs in the background and scans files as you use or create them. VSHWIN32.EXE is still used by the newer versions of McAfee VirusScan, but it does not appear in the Task List. Recommendation : Essential unless you prefer to do manual scans.
